The Armatage Vision
Our vision of Armatage Montessori is:
students of diverse heritage who interact with and respect one another, who develop academic and social skills, who are curious and become productive citizens.
staff who are leaders in reform, who prepare children for real-life experiences, who collaborate as learning facilitators, and who promote thinking, creative expression, self-esteem and problem-solving skills.
a principal who provides the direction to attain the goals of Armatage School, its families and community.
a developmentally appropriate curriculum that is multicultural, gender-fair, and disability aware; that emphasizes skill foundations; that is motivating and relevant to life and society.
parents and community members who take on the responsibility for our children's education, who provide a safe supportive environment for learning.
