Built in 1953, Armatage is a gem of an urban school, and is named after Maude Armatage - the first woman elected to the Minneapolis Park Board. The school sits on a lush, 17-acre site that it shares with Armatage Park. The building underwent a massive renovation that was completed in 2019.
