PTA Parent Presentation: Thursday, November 14
Monday, November 4, 2019 9:45 AM

“Your child is very bright but....”

Please join us for a PTA Parent Presentation on Thursday, November 14 from 6:30-7:30pm to hear Stephanie Johnson talk about Child Development. (Brief PTA meeting to follow presentation.)

As parents, many of us have heard a comment like this about our child. It can be confusing when our bright, otherwise typically developing children struggle, even just a little, with attention, learning and emotional regulation.  How do you know what is developmentally typical? How do you know when to seek help? What is causing your child’s puzzling behavior or symptoms? Join us for a lively and insightful evening with local child development specialist to answer these questions and more!

If you have questions, please contact the PTA at

Application for Educational Benefits
Monday, November 4, 2019 7:30 AM

We still have over 300 families who have not submitted an Application for Educational Benefits form (lunch form).  ALL families must complete this annually.  Forms may be obtained at the Armatage office or online (  Please complete as soon as possible so valuable staff time is not spent making phone calls.  Parents may check a box if they believe their child does not qualify for free or reduced lunch.

These forms determine a school’s level of state (compensatory ed)  and federal (Title I) dollars that are allocated to support students with additional resources.

Questions?  Contact:  Julie Railsback, Armatage School Social Worker at 612-668-3185.
